We begin with a brief consultation to understand your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals.
Gentle Electro-Sound Treatment
Using manual lymphatic technique to activate the concentration of lymph nodes, specialised Bio-Electro and Microcurrent technology, we work systematically through the lymphatic pathways — The handheld light frequency treatment is applied over skin and the entire body (first session normally covers the neck, head and upper body parts) this involves undressing with towels/blankets to go under. To maximize the effect of this light technique, please avoid make up, lotion/oil, deodorant, perfume.
Hydration & Integration
It is highly encouraged to hydrate yourself with purified water, at least 7 to 8 cups the day before and minimum 5 to 6 cups until the day of, up to an hour before your appointment. After your session you are encouraged to drink plenty of water to support the body's continued detox process over the following 24–48 hours.
